What time can I check in?

Rooms are available starting from 3:00 PM. If you booked on our website check-in is from 2:00 PM.

Is it possible to request a Late Check-out?

Yes, subject to availability and an additional charge. Please arrange this with the reception during your stay. Late check-out (after 11:00 AM) cost 30.00€.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), Debit Cards, and Cash (up to a maximum of €5,000, in accordance with Italian regulations).

What are the cancellation terms?

Terms vary depending on the chosen rate. Please be so kind to check terms and conditions on your reservation.

Do I have to pay the Tourist Tax?

Yes, the Municipality applies a tourist tax of €4.00 per person, per night. This fee is not included in the room price and must be paid directly on-site at the hotel.

The hotel features 157 modern and functional rooms and an exclusive 868 Suite with a chromotherapy bathtub.

What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer Double Single Use, Double (one bed), Twin (two single beds), Triple, and Quadruple rooms, perfect for both business trips and family stays.

What standard amenities will I find in the room?

All rooms are soundproofed and equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a minibar, a safe, a desk, and a private bathroom with a courtesy set (upon request) and a hairdryer.

Are connecting rooms available?

Yes, connecting rooms are available upon request and are subject to availability.

Can I request a crib or an extra bed?

Cribs/baby cots for children aged 0-2 are free of charge and available upon request. Free extra beds are available in certain room types, such as the Triple Room.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, the G Restaurant offers a spacious setting featuring traditional local Tuscan cuisine and an open grill. It is open for both lunch and dinner and is also open to the general public.

What time is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet is served every morning from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Are there options for celiacs or food intolerances?

Certainly. Upon request, we provide gluten-free products and solutions for other dietary needs. Please inform us when booking.

Does the hotel offer a parking service?

Yes, we provide a large private parking area, which is free of charge and unattended, for all guests of the hotel.

Do you offer business services and meeting rooms?

Certainly. Our Congress Center features 5 meeting rooms with natural light and a 24-hour Business Center, ideal for corporate events and meetings

Yes, we are a Pet Friendly hotel. Small and medium-sized pets are welcome free.

We offer an airport shuttle service (for a supplement of €20 per vehicle, max 8 people, one way and upon request).
